New Funding Available for Previous Applicants Only
Funding from the second round of the Housing Accelerator Fund is available only to previous applicants who were not approved in the 2023 application window.
The application window will reopen for previous applicants who weren’t approved, starting from July 15, 2024, to September 13, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. PST.
If you applied and were approved for program funding, you’ll need to submit the required attestations through CMHC’s Client Portal. Our guide (PDF) walks you through each step in completing and managing your attestations.
