2025 President’s Medal
This year, the President’s Medal theme is "Accelerating Housing Supply through Construction Innovation". We’re looking to profile research that helps promote construction innovation that will work towards increasing housing supply by transforming the construction industry, making it more efficient, sustainable and affordable.
Specific focus areas include research that deepens our understanding of building science concepts, new materials, construction techniques and practices that optimize the construction process, improve productivity and deliver high performing and resilient housing.

2024 CMHC President’s Medal for Outstanding Housing Research
