Describing herself as a “generalist who enjoys having a macro view of the company,” Marie-Claude Tremblay brings more than 25 years of public sector experience to her role as Senior Vice-President, Corporate Affairs.
Marie-Claude is responsible for strategy and our ESG (environmental, social and governance) framework, corporate governance, communications and marketing activities, parliamentary affairs, correspondence, and briefings.
Marie-Claude joined CMHC in 2010 as Director, Corporate Relations. She served as Chief of Staff to the former President in 2014, before being named Senior Vice-President, Human Resources (later renamed People and Strategy) in 2015.
Marie-Claude holds Master and Bachelor of Law degrees from the University of Ottawa, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (History) from Laurentian University. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 1995.
