Action Plan Progress
The percentage of initiatives that are complete or on track.
80%+
80% or more of initiatives are complete or on track.
50–79%
50–79% of initiatives are complete or on track.
Below 50%
Less than 50% of initiatives are complete or on track, or there are material delays to major zoning reforms.
Total Funding
The total approved funding.
HAF Incentivized Units
The total number of units expected to be incentivized by HAF-related activities and investments. Incentivized units are the difference between:
  1. The number of permitted units expected without HAF support.
  2. The number of permitted units anticipated with HAF support.
Housing Supply Growth Target
The Housing Supply Growth Target (HSGT) is the total number of units expected throughout the life of the program. It combines:
  1. Permitted units expected without HAF support.
  2. HAF incentivized units.
Permitted Units to Date (% of YTD Forecast)
The percentage of actual permitted units compared to the year-to-date forecast of the Housing Supply Growth Target (HSGT). Communities provided the annual HSGT breakdown as part of their original application.
