Apply to Become an NHA Approved Lender
Step 1: Download the Application
Access the Becoming an NHA Approved Lender Application (PDF) *Important: To use this interactive PDF, right click (Ctrl + click on Mac) the link to save the file, and then open it in Adobe Acrobat.
Use Adobe Reader 9.0 or a more recent version to complete the application form.
Step 2: Complete Application and Print
Once completed, print the form on white letter size paper.
If you are unable to finish completing the application form simply save it to your computer and continue completing the application online when you are ready.
Step 3: Sign and submit
Sign and submit your application along with the required enclosures/documentation to:
