Patricia Roset-Zuppa

She leads the work across housing policy and program delivery in support of Canada’s stable, resilient housing system. With more than 25 years of experience in Canada and the United States, Patricia’s career has spanned residential real estate development, housing research and finance, public policy and program delivery.

Since joining CMHC in 2009, she has held a range of senior leadership positions and played a lead role in major federal housing and financing initiatives, working closely with governments, industry and community partners.
