Tables are updated annually. As of 2016, data is reported once per year.

Vacancy Rates by Rental Quintile

Vacancy rates and universe by rental quintile for privately initiated apartments with 3 or more units. Reported for all centres with populations of 10,000+.

Tables are updated annually.

Rural Rental Market Survey Tables

The number of units, average rent and vacancy rates for private row houses (townhouses) and apartments. Reported for centres with populations between 2,500 and 10,000 and for all provinces except Saskatchewan and Alberta.

Tables are updated every 5 years.
